Website information and services

This website introduces our approach, platform, and software development services. Its content is general information, not a binding offer, individualized professional advice, or a promise of a particular result.

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. Fees, monthly retainers, scope, payment, delivery, support, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, and termination for an engagement must be addressed in a separate agreement. That agreement takes priority for the services it covers.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, or use the website to transmit unlawful material. Automated access must respect applicable law, access restrictions, and the website's operation.

Where accounts are available, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

Inquiries and submitted material

Provide information you are entitled to share and that is reasonably accurate. Do not send confidential project materials, sensitive personal information, passwords, or production data through an initial inquiry. Arrange an appropriate secure channel and any necessary confidentiality agreement with us first.

You retain your rights in material you submit. You permit us to use it as needed to respond to your request and discuss or provide services you request, subject to our Privacy policy and any separate agreement. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your project or ideas to us.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Falcon Eyes Technology Inc or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links for lawful purposes. Any use beyond what applicable law or an express licence permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party software, demonstrations, themes, trademarks, and other materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership or grant an additional licence. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are determined by the applicable client agreement.

Third-party links and demonstrations

Links and demonstrations may lead to services or materials operated by others. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices. Review the relevant terms before using them. Demonstration content is illustrative and does not guarantee the features, performance, or suitability of a future client product.

Availability and accuracy

We may update, change, or withdraw website content and features. Although we aim to keep information useful and accurate, the website may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Express commitments in a separate service agreement remain governed by that agreement.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Eyes Technology Inc is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides an express contractual obligation, or limits any non-waivable consumer or other statutory right.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information associated with this website and business inquiries. These terms do not replace any consent required by privacy law.

Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require you to waive a lawful right to bring a complaint or seek a remedy.

Changes

We may revise these terms, with the latest revision date shown above. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing client agreement unless agreed as that agreement requires. Where additional notice or agreement is legally required, we will provide or obtain it.
